Everything you need to know about Avana Plus, in-app purchases, and refunds.
This Purchase, Subscription & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Avana mobile application, operated by Avana Live, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company located in Nashville, Tennessee. By completing a purchase through the App, you agree to this Policy in full. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Avana Plus is our premium monthly subscription plan, currently priced at $24.99 per month. Subscribers receive access to enhanced features within the App as described on the Avana Plus page at the time of purchase. Included features may be updated over time.
Avana Plus is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Avana Live, LLC to charge your payment method monthly, beginning on the date of your initial purchase and renewing on the same date each month, until you cancel.
Avana may offer free trial periods for Avana Plus. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel Avana Plus at any time through:
Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Upon cancellation, you retain Avana Plus access through the end of your current paid period.
Avana Plus subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, periods during which you did not use the App, or failure to cancel before auto-renewal. Exceptions may be made at Avana's sole discretion for documented technical errors that prevented access. To request a refund exception, contact support@avanalive.com within 7 days of the charge.
Avana offers optional in-app purchases called Virtual Goods, which currently include:
Virtual Goods have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not redeemable outside of the Avana App.
Virtual Goods are available for purchase at prices displayed in the App at the time of purchase, in U.S. dollars. Virtual Goods are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. If you experience a delivery issue, contact support@avanalive.com within 48 hours of purchase.
All Virtual Goods purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered to your account, regardless of whether they have been used. This includes Hearts awarded to other users, Add Time applied to a call, and Icebreaker Games that have been initiated.
Unused Virtual Goods (delivered but not consumed) may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to Avana's review. To request a refund for unused Virtual Goods, contact support@avanalive.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests made in bad faith or as part of a pattern of refund abuse.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Avana Live, LLC may change pricing at any time.
Avana accepts payment via Apple Pay / App Store billing (iOS), Google Pay / Google Play billing (Android), and credit or debit cards where supported. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. Avana Live, LLC does not store full payment card details.
If a recurring Avana Plus payment fails, we may retry the charge up to three times. If payment is not collected, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to a free account. To update your payment method, visit your App Store or Google Play account settings.
If your account is suspended or permanently banned for violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, you will forfeit any unused Virtual Goods and any remaining subscription period. No refund will be issued. If you voluntarily delete your account, unused Virtual Goods are forfeited unless you submit a refund request prior to deletion within the 14-day window in Section 2.3.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@avanalive.com before initiating a chargeback. We will respond within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Accounts with fraudulent chargeback activity may be permanently banned.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on purchases. Where required by law, Avana Live, LLC will collect and remit sales tax. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.
We may update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App or purchases after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
